ROI Management Team![]() Mitchell B. Huffman, Managing Partner Mr. Huffman co-founded ROI Management, LLC. in February 2001, and serves as a Managing Partner. His primary responsibilities include strategy development and back testing, trade execution, risk analysis, and technology integration. Mr. Huffman has been trained and coached by five of the top technical traders in the securities industry, and has been trading his own account for 16 years. Mr. Huffman is a Certified Market Analyst (CMA) specializing in technical analysis. Prior to forming ROI Management, Mr. Huffman served as president of a software development firm for over 17 years, focusing primarily on customized software applications. Mr. Huffman graduated from the University of Memphis in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Math / Computer Science. He subsequently performed post-graduate work at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee. ![]() Stephen R. Cobb, Managing Partner Mr. Cobb co-founded ROI Management, LLC. in February 2001 and serves as a Managing Partner. His primary responsibilities include strategy development and back testing, trade execution, risk analysis, finance and administration. Mr. Cobb has been trained and coached by two of the top technical traders in the securities industry, and has been trading his own account for more than 13 years. Mr. Cobb is a Certified Market Analyst (CMA) specializing in technical analysis. In 1987 Mr. Cobb began his career with Dana Corporation in their Financial Management Training Program progressing from plant accountant to internal auditor to plant controller and ultimately to division controller. From 1993 to 1997 Mr. Cobb worked in the Brazil and Argentina divisions of Dana Corporation. In 1998, Mr. Cobb became the chief financial officer of Logistics Management Services, Inc. Mr. Cobb graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. ![]() Mark S. Radsick, Managing Partner Mr. Radsick co-founded ROI Management, LLC. in February 2001 and serves as a Managing Partner. His primary responsibilities include sales and marketing, investor relations and administration. In 1990, Mr. Radsick began his career with Honda of America, progressing from Procurement Cost Analyst to Purchasing Coordinator and ultimately to Project Manager. During his tenure Mr. Radsick’s responsibilities included administration of the 1997 Honda Accord major model change. Additionally, Mr. Radsick led a team in the company wide implementation of a state-of-the-art ordering system. Mr. Radsick graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Procurement and International Business. |
